  • WHICH IS THE SHIPPING TIMES & COST ?
    All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 1:00 pm EST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
    We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes. APO/FPO/DPO or U.S. Territories.
  • SHIPMENTS TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
    We are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside of the United States.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
    RAFEX as a hair salon products provider is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We want you to buy with confidence anytime you buy from our site. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 7 days of the deliveried date with the original packaging. Any ingestible item(s) that are used will not be eligible for a refund Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can pay for your own shipping cost for returning your item(s). Order # Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund once we receive it Refunds can only be processed to the original type of payment. If your original payment is no longer available you can get store credit. We do not accept returns after 7 days from the delivered date. We will not accept any open digestible item(s) that have been tampered with or open. If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
